The Story From Client G and Me-Long‑Term Cooperation is built on Trust and Stable Quality

I’ve known client G for several years now, and I’d hosted him at my previous company when we collaborated on other products. He had once purchased bags through a Chinese agent, but the quality of the goods he actually received was very poor. Since then, he’s been particularly cautious, worried that something similar might happen again.
It wasn’t until this year that he asked me to source products for him, but I immediately turned him down, explaining that I wasn’t very familiar with the handbag industry and was concerned that quality issues might cause him financial losses. However, the client repeatedly encouraged me, saying, “Sis, I believe you can do it. You know I trust you.”
So, to live up to that trust, I carefully searched for suppliers, comparing quality, service, and delivery times, and then began our first collaboration in this product category. In June, as soon as the client received the goods, he immediately contacted me to express his great satisfaction. In July, we received our first repeat order, which included a bag from a new supplier. The shipment arrived successfully in August, and the client once again expressed great satisfaction with the products.
I believe that in business, you don’t need to spend time mastering all sorts of complex techniques. As long as you put your heart into your work, take every practical need of your clients seriously, practice empathy, and can resolve issues quickly—that is the greatest business skill of all.
